Business aviation is growing. Both in importance to the aviation industry and its economic contribution overall. In 2018, the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) stated that business aviation operators undertake 7.8 % of all commercial flying within Europe.

We recognise that business and general aviation have a multitude of different drivers, imperatives and focuses that separate them from traditional commercial operations.

Working with our clients in this arena, we've been able to gain excellent knowledge and insight into what is required to produce world-class performance.

We recently supported one of our clients, a well-known global operator, to set up a new Ground De/Anti-Icing operation. As well as providing comprehensive training, we also supplied their operational documentation and advised them on a variety of measures throughout their first season.
