Auditing within ground operations and ground handling can be challenging, with a wide range of standards, regulations and best practices applying across the airside environment. A clear understanding of these requirements is essential for anyone responsible for auditing safety, compliance and operational quality.

Designed in alignment with the latest IATA AHM 1110 GEN11 standards, this entry-level ground operations auditor training course is ideal for individuals with little or no previous auditing experience who are looking to work within the airside ramp and ground handling environment.

The course covers the fundamentals of aviation auditing, including audit planning, audit techniques, quality systems and reporting, alongside practical overviews of ICAO, IATA and SAE International standards and the regulatory frameworks used throughout ground handling operations.

Training is highly interactive, using real-world ground operations audit scenarios, group exercises and practical activities to build the knowledge and confidence needed to plan and carry out effective audits within the airside and ground handling environment.
