An aerodrome operations specific 3-day basic programme designed for those responsible for developing, implementing and participating in a systematic approach to managing aviation safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures.

This is a highly practical course which explores, using real-world case studies and examples, the purpose of SMS, industry regulations, airside safety and risk management, human factors, accident and incident investigation, and an introduction into the specific systems in place to maintain oversight and proper implementation of an SMS.
