Overview
This course provides a detailed overview and wide range of associated subjects and provides the tools required to successfully manage an airport operation. This type of course is suitable for existing managers who may require additional knowledge, those who aspire to the role or are part of a management development programme.
Participants will gain a strong understanding of the various processes, procedures and systems surrounding airport operations management - including the role of regulators and compliance, safety in aviation, service level agreements (SLAs), risk and contingency management, and how to best utilise resources and drive performance from teams.
This course is highly practical and based on industry best practices in airport and station management. The course content is supported by relevant industry examples, giving participants a broad understanding of the topic area and operational environment.

The winter training season peaks from September onwards, and we are normally booked well in advance. To secure your preferred dates ahead of the winter operations period, please contact us by May–June at the latest.
